The KUKA 00-130-547 is the KCP2 ed.05 teach pendant in standard version with a 10 m cable. The unit is connected to the robot controller with its cable; when replacing, order exactly the same type number so that edition and cable length match. The KCP2 is the KUKA teach pendant used to operate and program the robot; an identical unit replaces a defective one. When replacing, switch the robot controller off, connect the teach pendant to the controller with its cable and after start-up check the display, the keys, the emergency stop button and the enabling switches.
