On Allen-Bradley PowerFlex F4 is undervoltage (mains gone or sagging), F5 DC-bus overvoltage (decelerating too fast without a dynamic brake), F7 motor overload, F8 heat sink overtemperature, F12 hardware overcurrent (short circuit or earth fault in motor or cable), F13 ground fault and F64 drive overload. F2 is the auxiliary input (an external interlock, not a defect). If F12 returns with no motor, the power section is defective.
