Problems with 6FC5103-0AE01-0AA1: alarm 2100 or 2101, NCK battery
Alarm 2100 is the warning that the NCU buffer battery is nearly flat, 2101 the message that it is flat. Replace the battery with the control switched on, otherwise machine data, programs and the axis references are lost. Make a complete series start-up backup (NC, PLC, HMI) first.
