On Schneider Altivar OCF is overcurrent (too short a ramp, wrong motor data, blockage), SCF a short circuit or earth fault on the motor side, OHF drive overtemperature, OLF motor overload, OSF overvoltage (mains too high or decelerating too fast), USF undervoltage, PHF mains phase loss and OPF motor phase loss. If SCF persists with no motor, the output stage is defective.
